I choose to approach therapy eclectically but generally I am guided by a Cognitive Behavioural approach. Positive therapy is also applied and focus is placed on making changes now to influence the future positively.
My sessions are typically interactive and practical. Focus is placed on thoughts and behaviour and how these affect feelings and daily functioning. My aim is that we work as a team in therapy, striving to achieve set out goals.
